DDH (Dental Digital Hub) is a university-industry collaborative AI center founded in 2017 by DDH and Seoul National University School of Dentistry (SNUSD). The development team consists of a dentist CEO, a world-class developer CTO, a sales representative from a global IT company, an executive with experience in AI/Platform development, and PhD-level key engineers. The company's main products include Ceppro, an AI-based orthodontic diagnosis support solution; Pano, which reads high-frequency dental diseases from panoramic images; Ashley, an automatic 3D analysis and suggestion solution for teeth arrangement; and DDHaim Clear, a transparent orthodontic device.

The current process of image reading and device design in dentistry is labor-intensive and relies on the operator's experience. DDH aims to automate and improve this process using AI, clinical data from SNUDH, and top-notch research methodology. Ceppro is already patent-registered in multiple countries and is working towards FDA certification. It offers unique features such as predicting treatment results, jaw surgeries, and growth based on data, setting it apart from competitors. Pano, a solution for panoramic image readings, has completed the world's first therapeutic exploratory trials and aims to revolutionize dental diagnosis. Ashley, a solution for teeth arrangement analysis, is scheduled for launch in December 2023 and is expected to significantly improve orthodontic treatment.

DDH's competitive edge lies in its collaboration with clinical researchers, data quality reviewed by the Institutional Review Board, and the development of world-class software with a focus on clinical validity. The company plans to license its solutions through partnerships with global system integrators and expand its user base. It has received a high technology credit rating and aims to demonstrate its viability globally.

In terms of future plans, DDH intends to launch its products at SNUDH, expand user base through training sessions for overseas dentists, increase member clinics in Korea, and explore opportunities in Saudi Arabia. It has signed an MoU with Viet Group for local production of transparent orthodontic devices and plans to develop solution certification and pilot projects with major public hospitals in Vietnam. DDH is also in discussions with multiple SI candidates for distributing solution licenses after obtaining FDA certification.
